What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Wayfair is so focused on innovation and profit that they forget to debug and optimize. The large parcel network needs a huge overhaul, and leadership needs to show they value employees not just say it to appease frustration.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop gaslighting employees at every turn. Value virtual employees. Pay better hourly pay in lieu of some of the pointless benefits. Get insurance that actually has a decent network like it used to. Actually follow the people’s principles you mention dail

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Right now there is not a lot of positive left across L1. However, L1 employees are still wonderful and have largely closed ranks to start putting pressure on management to fix issues. I have never seen that kind of collaboration in a company before.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The eNPS is so low that negativity is rampant and unionization would be an extreme benefit in the company. However, work avoidance is also prevalent because of policy confusion, reduced training, and conflicting information across leadership. I wouldn’t say it’s an L1 solution nee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Saying that people you pay $16 an hour make $45k a year because of “total compensation packages” is repulsive. Especially when you are increasing the workflows of service and ops without increasing compensation to accommodate. The pay increases for next level roles are not high enough to incen
