Learning the role and how to support team
Review from Sales Dept
They think they learned everything they need to know at their ivy league schools. No value for real world experience. And, just because you were head of HR, doesn't mean you can slot into any other C-suite role.
Communication, respect, empathy and work-life balance oriented
Whole team meeting everyone from different shifts to get a base line of rule and regulations
Basic ethics and management fundamentals
Pay was advertised as starting out at 17.50 ( no exp ) - Have VAST experience, was onboarded at 16.00.. be honest.
More feedback and better opportunities
They recently did a great pay upgrade for the customer service agents. Managers, however, were left out. With increasing costs of living, it'd be nice to see manager base wages likewise improving.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Honestly listen to your employees rather than just writing it off to the general attitude of the workforce right now (I.e great resignation)
Coworkers leaving with better offers
The enemy is not your other coworkers. It's Lord of the Flies.
Keeping it professional. Not micromanaging or treating others like they are less.
Review from Customer Support Dept
My team is pretty good just the management sometimes make things more difficult by not knowing how to plan
They need to deliver what they agree to when it's due and with quality and thought put into it
Stop avoiding calls, it's unethical and very unfair to EVERYONE in the company
Review from Customer Support Dept
Management, they loose alot of good workers because of the things management does
It needs honesty, cooperation and leadership to be accountable for delivering not managing upwards and writing bad narratives. There should be zero tolerance for discrimination and bullying.
Pay employees fairly to market value
Do a better job hiring managers. How does someone with ZERO people management get a senior management job?
Review from Operations Dept
Re-organize the company. Remove beurocracy
Review from Product Dept
Don't lie about what the job is and then admit, "it was really just to get you in the door."
Have an open mind and all the bias
Stop copying the rest of the tech world in how you interview
Not having people with no personality conduct interviews
Review from Operations Dept
schedule on time. Follow up
Review from Product Dept
There's more to life than buying customers with display ads.
Quality of furniture, return policies
Review from Customer Support Dept
Rules regulations through out all shifts
No leadership, just a marketing facade about culture. Rotten ethics to the core.
Pay employees a fair compensation
make sure people from marginalized groups truly feel welcome and safe at work and know where to go in case they do not
Review from Sales Dept
Work from home policy, base pay increase, commuter expenses paid and clear vision.
