What are some of the best things about your team?

Most are open minded people.

What makes you most happy at work?

seeing a customer happy with their space and clocking out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Recieving more hourly or actual commission. Most employees can't afford living expenses.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We focus alot of marketing about how responsible the company is when store level associates are living pay check to paycheck for w multi million dollar company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying workers more and treat with respect. One employee making them 1.5 million only gets 3.5k as a bonus. It is offensive how little the employee sees of this all while doing interior design services, sale rep. services and acting as customer care.
