  • Kind of non-existent for design. There's a lack of infrastructure to properly mentor interns so it's a lot of being thrown into the fire. If you are up for that, it's a great place to shine.

  • Dogs at work! Random assortment of snacks! A fun thing every week where we “credit” people $1 or so for some awesome thing they did that week. For the past month we have been adding up the credits and Prolific is sending that amount to Harvey and Irma relief.

  • The CEO preaches community and making a life not a living. These are just slogans to get employees to drink the koolaid. There is no sense of honesty or being genuine when Adam talks. Miguel is the true heart of the company.
