They are genuine and with good hearts. However, the structure in place is broken.

The company needs to do more benchmarking with other companies to understand the people and the market. Stop treating people as fungible assets.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have greater interaction with the candidate and not just try to sell a false narrative. The candidate will figure it out in the end.
