Always want to do better and are honest and humble.

Total package is best I've seen if you include benefits and perks.

The people cared and while being very friendly took the interview and process very seriously.

Honest and supportive. They don't pretend to know all the answers and are always available to help if I ask.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is honest about challenges being normal and needing to be communicative, supportive and team focused to work through everything. Very supportive environment.

The team and desire to do better but feel good about who we are and that not being perfect is better than pretending everything is easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to learn from so many different people that are all there to improve themselves while also building the future and cool products that millions of people will use.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Some people take things that are challenging too seriously and lack experience working at other, less fun and corporative/supportive, companies (most people haven't had many jobs before this company) leading them to complain. Complaining people are almost always annoying (unless they are right).
