I've been here for four years, and recently moved to Durham, NC to open our third office. I'm a big fan, and I'm pumped to expand into a new region to bring our value to new partners and attract new teammates.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Thank you for the challenge" is a common phrase amongst Prolific teammates. I love that mindset!
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were willing to fly me to New York and let me observe a day in the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well to do satisfying work with great people. That's the ice cream. Who cares about the sprinkles.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving important problems for people, reaching my creative potential, and striving to do the best work in the world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Someone once asked me "what's the best benefit your company offers?" My answer was trust. Having a leadership team that trusts me encourages me to take ownership, and they've got my back when I need help.
