What makes you most happy at work?

The community aspect of our teams.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For the most part, peers are very supportive of one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I met with five people of varying titles and they were all very welcoming as easy to converse with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have different backgrounds and perspectives but we work so well together because of it. The job can be stressful at times but knowing I can rely on the person sitting next to me makes everything worth it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There are a lot of people will big-picture ideas which has its place, but the lack of knowledge regarding day-to-day hands-on work is the reason there are so many process and technical problems when it's time to roll out those big ideas.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm aware that as a female I get paid less than my male counterparts at WeWork. I have ten years of professional experience and I am on the bottom tier of salaries in my department, currently in an uphill battle to make it to the next tier.
