Weyerhaeuser Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good. Retirement plan. Decent insurance

I have worked there a long time so I have 5 weeks of vacation.

chance to retire from the company

The overall insurance prices are insanely affordable and they cover just about everything.

I love being able to get ot

It is nice to get the extra. I wasn’t expecting that when I was hire

401k and health insurance are the best parts of the package

Review from Operations Dept

Base salary is reasonably competitive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Insurance needs to be better

The Hartford is paying me nothing, denied my LTD claim based off of not calling my doctors at all amd returning calls or me. Discrimination by Liz Thompson. Rep Kyle never returning anyones calls. No one can take responsibility for their mistakes, sad. denied claim when two disabilities r not connec

Compensation below market average rate

Better pay for my area.

Good medical insurance, better retirement, and wages

Would like more hourly and periodic bonuses for record profits. Would like to see a vacation increase as well or bringing back pensions

Higher wages then proposed better medical and dental better retirement.

A pay raise to keep up with inflation, better health care, additions to retirement.

Review from Operations Dept

If I were compensated more.

Weyerhaeuser has seen a 96% increase in revenue and they are not willing to pass any of that on to the employees who stuck it out through the pandemic and helped them make those record profits

Review from Operations Dept

At the very least keep up with inflation

Wages that reflect the profits the company has earned through the hard work I and my fellow employees have done for the company along with better benefits

Poor health care, uncompetitive wages, misguided leadership

Better insurance not haveing to pay part of it. Better wages

Review from Operations Dept

No pay raise and wanting us to pay for insurance

Better pay, better insurance benefits, better vacation, no mandatory OT. We just want to make a livable wage

Acknowledging these record profits as a result of the employees hard work

Better health insurance and better retirement

Actually pay us what we’re worth after making the company millions of dollars in profit during the pandemic. And give us better medical benefit

Review from Operations Dept

Pay too low. Deductible too high. No bonuses or anything for safety or numbers besides an occasional meal while our CEO got a 17% raise
