Insurance needs to be better
The Hartford is paying me nothing, denied my LTD claim based off of not calling my doctors at all amd returning calls or me. Discrimination by Liz Thompson. Rep Kyle never returning anyones calls. No one can take responsibility for their mistakes, sad. denied claim when two disabilities r not connec
Compensation below market average rate
Better pay for my area.
Good medical insurance, better retirement, and wages
Low morale causes alot of complaining between shifts.
Communication needs to be more frequent and more effective
They just need to SHOW UP ! Absenteeism is rampant here. Turnover rate also. No one stays here now.

Some of the supervisors. People talking about other people and their business that was told to a supervisor. The way people are treated by their supervisors. Everyone is trained differently and treated differently.
Dont hire based on personality
Consider having active employees working in the area to be on the hiring committee
More employee involvement on deciding candidates to hire.
Will not waste my time on this question
Crews being overworked and lied to.
Can't keep management,maintenance, or line workers. Hiring for tax breaks and not people that can do the jobs. They won't show up. FMLA is killing us.
