For my interview I met the hiring management at a parking lot at a pizza parlor
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of my employment with this company is how much I personally love inventory aside from the company. I enjoy what I do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish there was more space to explain things but there is a definite much need for management and employee overhaul. I think random drug testing should be done without warning and newcomers safety and lives should be valued.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I worked at this company a few years before and there was a different crew of people. I was told they were fired for drinking on the job. I never seen these people drink or do anything like that or even insinuate they would do things like that. The current employees do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came to work and I count very well.I was put in an unsafe situation and threatened when I refuse to get into the work van after almost getting in repeated wrecks. I am now blocked on the website and I am being followed around by a sheriff from another district that is friends with the employer rep
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I went to HR to report some of the issues and was instead blocked from the employee website. When I went to a local manager I was told I would be took off the schedule if I would not ride in the work van. I assume the person I reported to hr is friends w/ a sheriff due to be followed around.
