What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Making employees feel like they're part of the team and that they really matter.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Nothing really stands out. It was more if a neutral process, but that wasn't an option to select.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay Better benefits Better communication To be treated as a valued member and not just a number

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm the dedicated rep for two stores and I enjoy both style department teams that I interact with. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We work independent of each other, so I don't even know any of my co-workers. The only contact I have with the company is my supervisor and this is the fifth person that has worked the position in one year's time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm underpaid and basically a number to my manager. My work ethic is not noticed. It's more important to thrm to chastise workers that go over their scheduled hours per call, than it is for them to acknowledge how hard we work.
