Actually interview candidates rather than giving the job away before meeting them.

The company needs to hire professionals and appreciate them, training programs need to be updated and documented.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to get better at holding EVERYONE EQUALLY accountable!!! They preach integrity but do not pratice or value integrity!

The coworkers need to be respectful and professional, the team would work better if they were held to expectations or standards.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company culture needs transparent communication, HR needs to investigate concerns rather than ignore and laugh them off. Accountability needs to be taken from all areas.
