Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay definitely needs to be more then ehat it is only working 3 days a week not enough money
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most compaines issue such as this ones is the management team if thats bad tour team is bad and this team and management is hands down terrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers started off cool then total 360 it really needs some changes and to start that get rid of the new york state regioanl manager and district manager because they are horrible
