The verbal abuse and bullying are by far the worst also working and never getting paid for it or properly putting in the correct hours

There is not enough training inside the interview to make sure this is the right fit for the job

Leadership needs to be realigned or removed all together to people who care about the clients as well as the associates

We are all here as a team to do a job and instead of working together leadership doesnt take the time to properly show anyone anything
