Was easy like ANYBODY could get a job with this company. My dog could have been hired.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. Better equipment. Better supervisors. More organization. Better communication from peope who are supposed to be in charge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supervisors are rude and disrespectful. Not to mention drug users. Who will unfairly misplace their anger and frustration on you and tell you to clock out for no reason. When reach out to sup. Or mod nobody answers or tries to help you with solutions. Concerns are not taken seriously.
