The actual work is great! I love that part. The worst part is unfair wages, no communication. We are the 2nd best team in our region and get paid the lowest wages of everyone. You'll maintain a 4000+ uph and make $5 less a hour than someone doing 1/4th of that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our workers making messes, stealing,, not trying. We abuse their inventory . Accuracy is rarely measured despite being a top priority.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our A.M. is great. Our D.M. Is lazy and not helpful for ANYTHING besides making you want to commit suicide from the ignorance you'll put up with
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Follow flow correctly. Have some kind of pride in their work. Come to work. Try. Try. Attempt to do something. Quit depending on others to finish their stores find new jobs
