I work ft, it is hard to find info on benefits and paid time off, no salary increases to be found even when working for ver 5 years at same pay. I enjoy the work an experiences never a dull week, as new jobs make it interesting

Individual working, can make changes if needed with out any problems
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are hard working an personable. Occasionally you work with someone who is not Retail minded an cuts corners
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise on a timely manner. I have worked with Crossmark for 12 years, only got raises when postion changed between teams. It has been 5 plus years since last raise. Not asking much, for the work I do and fill in where needed.
