What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better management means better new recrutes which means a better team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They only give us one break per day most times and it causes a lot of sour attitudes. Nothing spreads faster than negativity.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The hiring managers do not care if someone is qualified for the job, they just want a warm body on the floor, but that makes more work for the other workers when someone doesn't pull their weight.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When the start pay went up by $1.50/hour only the lower paid employees got a raise to adjust to the new pay. Also, when the 6 month raise comes due, the manager is allowed to deny anyone's raise for any reason, but give extra raises when he sees fit.
