What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better work ethics in higher positions.

We have always been there for one another ... No matter what
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling accomplished on finishing the job as a team at the end of the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Supervisors/Mangers being disrespectful. Seems they are only worried about themselves getting paid than worrying about how the team is.
What do you like best about your company?
Traveling and working with the ones on my team. We started out as coworkers, then friends and became Family. We are together more than apart
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team is treated with disrespect. We work hard and long days inventorying a buisness up to 10/12 hours a day. We have been denied water & I have personally asked a Supervisor to purchase water for the crew, my treat. Was told because what was given the day before and everyone slowed down.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
if you are referring to my "team" as in those of us who are the ones counting and doing the inventory I can say most of us work very well together. Most of us have stood by one another and supported one anther. I would say we are a team, friends and family to say the least
