I like the people I work with and the work I do. Not everyone is easy to get along within the office. That will be any place you go to though. I come in every day happy and leave happy.

the team environment and my boss really cares
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued. My manager is great. I just wish I was paid more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is one of the most positive people I know. I can tell that sometimes HR gets to her, but she shines through.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with in MY area. My manager also lets me come in and do my job and not micromanage. I get a lot done that way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a team environment. I have a team partner so we know each other work so we are able to take time off or get help if needed without worrying.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Longer lunches, please. Only have 30 min. No food places in the area. It takes 10 getting to the car so that's 20 min right there. So your only choice is to bring lunch, eat downstairs from a random company that isn't great or not to eat. Also not to have the head HR guy randomly yelling at someone
