When you have coworkers that work as hard as you do to get the job complete on time and accurate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not putting too many supervisors on a job where they overstep on the MOR. It then makes for a slow team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would feel better about compensation if I was paid for my full travel in van. I already drive 1 hour to meet place and am reduced another hour once on van each way.
