I like the nature of the work that LMS does and the flexible schedule. However this company does not give raises which I find to be unacceptable. Also I do not like that they pay nothing at all or very little for drive time. Sometimes you end up making less than minimum wage when factoring driving
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible schedule is the only positive thing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't have coworkers. I work for the LMS division and work independently.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give raises. If you never give raises, employees make less each year due to inflation which is not very motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work itself and I have a good relationship with most of the store employees that I interact with and the store employees seem to respect and appreciate me more than LMS does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the company does not give raises and did not even give any sort of bonus for working during the pandemic when most other companies did. It is very demoralizing to be called "essential" yet are sent to do work in stores where the actual store employees are making much more and getting bonuses
