Mr. David Albert Duffield, also known as Dave, Co-founded Workday, Inc. in March 2005 and has been its Chairman since May 13, 2014. Mr. Duffield served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of Workday, Inc from September 2009 to May 13, 2014. Mr. Duffield served as the Chief Customer Advocate of Workday, Inc. and also served as its Chairman from 2005 to January 2012. He founded Peoplesoft Inc. and served as its Chairman since 1987, Chief Executive Officer from August 1987 to September 1999 and President from August 1987 to May 1999. Prior to founding PeopleSoft, he was a founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Integral Systems Inc. from 1972 to 1987. During this time, Mr. Duffield also served as Integral's Chief Executive Officer. He was the co-founder of Information Associates, where he was employed from 1968 to 1972. Prior to that, Mr. Duffield worked at International Business Machines Corporation as a Marketing Representative and Systems Engineer. He is a Member of Executive Council at Longworth Venture Partners. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Elementum SCM, Inc. since April 8, 2014. He has been a Director of Workday, Inc. since 2005. Mr. Duffield holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. Degree from Cornell University.
