Mr. Michael Lyle Frandsen, also known as Mike, serves as an Executive Vice President of Products, Support & Delivery at Workday, Inc. Mr. Frandsen serves as an Advisor to a number of venture funds and early stage software organizations. Mr. Frandsen has over 25 years of experience in the design, development and installation of distribution, retail, manufacturing/planning and financial software systems. He served as an Executive Vice President of Products and Senior Vice President of Products at Workday, Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Products since January 2010. Mr. Frandsen served as Senior Vice President of Products and Product Strategy of DemandTec, Inc. from November 2006 to July 2007. He worked with a number of distribution, retail and manufacturing companies in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Potenco.Prior to joining DemandTec, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Tradepoint Solutions, Inc. Mr. Frandsen joined TradePoint in September 2004. Prior to joining TradePoint, Mr. Frandsen served as Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Management for PeopleSoft, Inc. Mr. Frandsen served as Product Executive and was Associate Partner with Andersen Consulting, specializing in software strategy, product planning, development and customer support. He has been a Director of Zendesk, Inc. since November 27, 2017. He serves as a Director of Tradepoint Solutions, Inc. He served as a Director at Advent Software, Inc. from May 12, 2014 to July 8, 2015. He is certified in Inventory Management (CPIM) and in Resource Management (CIRM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society. Mr. Frandsen holds a BS in Business, Finance and Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
