The new CEO seems to be a quality guy and is working hard to make the YMCA a better place. He is a people person: very approachable and is willing to talk with you. He working hard to get funding so we can continue providing quality programming for our members, particularly those who we subsidize memberships for. He needs to improve on his follow up. Wages are very poor and there has been more than one person who has asked for a raise, only then to receive pennies on the hour. Some employees go years without anything other than what minimum wage increases get them.
