What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They could stop only focusing on their team and to-do list. Everybody is here for themselves. It's so rare to see an individual go outside their department to collaborate with others. Or when somebody does do that, they aren't received very well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Communication. Nobody talks, everybody assumes and gossips. The executives needs to get more aligned with the rest of company and stop being so political. This company also needs to stop releasing products last minute and do actual market research to know what people want.
