This company was a great place to work for several years. But recently, leadership has deteriorated, our priorities are all over the place, and our best people have left. I feel like the company is a sinking ship that needs major emergency repairs. I'm stressed out every day and dread Mondays.

Way too obsessed with AI. No clear direction on priorities. Something new is important every single day, so we have to keep pivoting. Too much turnover in leadership. You've let all our best people go and hired other people with questionable abilities and poor leadership.

I'm paid fairly for my role. The remote-first organization is modern, necessary, and just makes sense. Since you've changed our health insurance provider, I have much better options if my wife loses her benefits or her job. Unlimited PTO is great, even though I don't use it much. I just don't worry.

Nothing feels particularly undervalued, but the ratio between the work accomplished and the hours worked varies significantly. Some days, we end up accomplishing what would normally take two days, while on other days, the workload is relatively light.

We try keep things light which is extremely helpful when the work gets a bit intense. We've developed a culture of being ourselves and speaking honestly. We don't begrudge each other our time off or our flexibility.

The coworkers on my direct team are excellent. It's when I have to start dealing with OTHER teams that I run into unending stress and frustration. We need CLEAR systems in place for deciding what to work on, who gets to PUT work on your plate, and how the project moves. Not, "I have an emergency!"

Some colleagues work in closed groups and don't share what they know, so information doesn't reach the wider team structured knowledge transfer and documentation, plus rotating ownership of tasks, would fix that

What I love most about ZeroFox's culture is our authenticity. No fake forced positivity and optional events are actually optional. By and large the leaders here have always said what they meant and meant what they say. This is the first company I've worked at where I can say that.

I'm overwhelmed. I never know what to expect week to week, or even day to day sometimes. I always have a new person to answer to, my priorities always get shifted when I'm halfway through something, and then I get impossible deadlines to do things because OTHER PEOPLE didn't plan accordingly.

Transparency, probably, and it's better if the ELT understands what goes on on the floor! Also, they need to do a better market analysis on compensation cuz when you compare most of our competitors, they pay more than twice what the analysts here get paid, and my team's attrition is more than 60%.
