Being able to bring yourself to work and be open and transparent, with not a lot of intimidation of other's opinions is what I appreciate most about the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is genuine and cares about people, planet, and profit. I like that hte leadership team brings up important topics in out monthly Team meetings and I like that we are listened to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being treated respectfully and being listened to and being able to bring your best self to work without feelings of intimidation. I think the company does a solid job on being as open and transparent as possible with us and I appreciate that we celebrate wins together.
