Good communication. The amount of meeting and emails is beyond excessive. Just dealing with those would fill an 8 hour day. With the amount of meetings and emails, it forces you to work 12+ hour days.

We are on the bottom end of the national scale in our area for the position I hold.

The inclusion and everyone is included in process changes. No one is over looked nor is their opinion ignored.

Better job security with all of the turn over currently taking place. They pay is slightly below average with average benefits.
