In my opinion, the best part of the compensation package is the option to pay as needed versus paying per paycheck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that we are allowed to be individuals. I love that it doesn't feel like I need to put on a 'work personality to be here and that factor allows me to show up as the best, whole, most dynamic version of myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how relatable and transparent the team seems to be. They really convey the heart and culture of the company. In the environment they've created it doesn't feel like there is a metaphorical desk between us, it feels more like we are sitting across from a lunch table.
