I joined on the brink of a lot of change. We have a largely new leadership team and a lot of new things hitting retail shelves in the near future. It's a really exciting time to be part of this brand. I can't wait to see what the future holds for the brand and for me professionally at Zevia!

I love their entrepreneurial spirit! They're a hard-working group of people that aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the most warm, positive group of professionals I've ever interacted with. Everybody is super upbeat, polite and professional. Even during moments that are traditionally tense, the group maintains their positive intent and professionalism. I immediately felt welcomed and safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's exciting to see the constant build/ improvement of our leadership team. We continue to add new roles and departments that will strengthen the company overall. It seems that the bar continues to be raised for the level of talent coming into the company, particularly among the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I get to represent such a fun, healthy, family-friendly brand. I appreciate that I can bring my true-self to work. There's no expectation to put on a phony front or act or dress differently around the leadership team. Authenticity and diversity are expected and celebrated!
