It's been great! I reflect myself on Zevia's values and mission. I love that they are flexible not only about the 'hybrid mode' but the diversity of thoughts. I've seen how the HR team really cares about the people and that is key for you to feel welcomed and heard. I also love the diversity!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly I'm not so pleased with our benefits. I've worked with companies that offer significative more benefits specially the health plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That everyone is willing to do team work and jump in when it's required. Also the good attitude in the day by day. I think is the Zevia culture :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication, they are open to listening to you. Also, they are very respectful about your time and how you prioritize your tasks. Also the recognition they usually give and they are happy sayin it out loud.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see my co-workers and be able to talk to them and resolve something in an easier and more personal way than an email. Also that some of my tasks are easier to resolve when I'm at the office.
