Since starting, I've been welcomed by everyone I interact with all the way up to the CEO with a willingness to teach and learn from all levels. I love working for this company and I'm excited to see the company succeed and all of us as well as we are along for an amazing ride!

The total compensation package includes a bonus and equity. There are not many companies that allow for an employee's long-term financial success.

I love being challenged and feeling ownership of my work and seeing all of the friendly, wonderful people I work with, every day.

I love all of my coworkers. We all have a mutual respect and try to keep a positive attitude, even throughout any challenges that arise.

The company truly wants the best for its people and the environment. This is the first company, where I feel I below in my years of experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is definitely the bonus, the equity (stock shares), and how much the company contributes for benefits! Oh and the free product!

The company has a true DE&I focus. They have a taskforce that constantly analyzes DE&I initiatives for the company's people. I feel I can truly be myself.
