Again, keeping me informed about priorities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a paycheck twice a month.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep you informed and understand when things don't work out the way you planned (customers mad about shipping). I get the impression they are looking at this for the long hull.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale is low compared to other companies I've worked at. 401k match is okay, but best in class is 6% match, plus another 3% to 6% on top of that for the pension. So I put in 6%, company would put in 12%, total 18% combines.
