I think overall people at the company respect one another

I think recently there has veen more communication between the different leaders which im happy to see.

My team is willing to jump in to work and help out where needed. Everyone in legal is a team player
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think there is a lack of communication overall at the company which causes a lot of inefficiency ans places more of a burden on certain team members
