I love my direct team and believe strongly in the company and the product. My day to day interactions with my coworkers is positive and respectful, but i dont feel supported by the leadership team, or trust that they have my best interests in mind.

Clearly defining the direction and goals of the company so the team feels trusted and capable in our abilities to do our jobs well; establishing more trust with employees and making them feel empowered to be succesful in their role
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Core leadership team can't clearly define or communicate a vision for the company, and doesnt make me feel empowered to be good at my job. Because of this i have been feeling lost and insecure about my role and responsibilities
