Good leadership team that I trust, kind people in general. This year has been challenging for the company so far. We have issues retaining employees, and the timing of that is not good, considering the ambitious goals for 2020.

Doing work that I enjoy, and feeling like I'm contributing to the success of Zevia.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very knowledgable, I trust their guidance for the most part. They also treat employees better than any leadership team I have served under.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our pay is average, but competitive, and we have some good benefits to make it above average as a whole. The 401k match is good, and our health insurance is better than average too. Also, getting a gym membership cheaply through Zevia saves me a lot of money.
