It's been a blessing. I love the company and everyone of my colleagues. It still has a family feeling.

Communication. Being less selfish and less complaining.

We have a true team spirit. We're all in it together.

Communication. Building Trust. Connecting with all employees, not just their immediate team. Be authentic and transparent.

When the leadership team comes in and says hello in the morning and goodnight when they leave.

The positive energy brought by Paddy, Robert, Hank, Soley, & Bill. They are always upbeat and give positive feedback.

The HR department is trying and are always there if we need to schedule a talk. But they are not always available.

They care about us as people and want us to succeed and are actively searching for tools to make us all better at what we do.

The pay is good. Health care changes every year, every other year make it stressful and confusing to build history & rapport with health care professionals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as though I have been overlooked when opportunities have come up because I was so effective in my role, it may have stunted my opportunities for past roles for advancement.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are growing into a public company too fast, and the new hires do not connect with employees beyond telling us what to do or how things are changing. There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.
