Positive: We have a great group of people, a great product and a great caring management team. Negative: we seem to make major changes in our direction a lot which is very stressful for managers.

Air of positivity. Caring about our personal well being.

Feeling like we have a fantastic product that is changing lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I'm paid in line with market rates. Salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are on the low end of the salary range.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Paddy is truly inspirational. the company has showed again and again that it care about its employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the sales team wins. When we can celebrate our success...we could do more of that however.

We have high goals and standards, but if we don't achieve a goal its handled with understanding and no one goes crazy.

Everyone is smart. Everyone contributes. I think our low attrition rate shows that we've done a great job building a team.

We don't have a "type", but we have a team of very smart, motivated people. One feels like everyone contributes and everyone is smart.
