Selling into convention accounts is extremely hard versus natural. I enjoy a challenge but the KPIs are difficult to hit. I would also think they will be more difficult when returning to the field.

It is much higher than what other companies have offered in the past. The benefits are excellent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems we all care about the product we represent and enjoy on a regular basis. Some of us were customers before joining the team and love the products.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Care for you not only as an employee but as a person and if you have to work your schedule around outside events. If something comes up it is most likely possible for it not to interfere with work. Great team and company all around!
