Open line of communication. Visibility into the companies status is nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel upper management doesn't always realize the efforts some employees put forth and it makes individuals feel undervalued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, funny, personable, caring, easy to talk to. I look forward to going to work on a daily basis and that is partially due to the fact that I truly enjoy my team.
