Just how willing they are to help and share their knowledge. They've made the on boarding process very enjoyable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Beverage Relief Program is incredibly generous. I think that for what I am doing, I think the benefits and pay are fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that when the culture shines bright like it does here, even when your not all at an office, but you still feel it sitting behind a computer at your house. I think that's something special.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing some of the stories from our customers. I hear stories about how our product has positively changed their lives...whether its weight loss, reducing sugar consumption because they were diagnosed with diabetes or they are just trying to avoid sugar all together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has just been extremely helpful. The overall communication, even from one department to the other, has been really good. Its nice to work for a company were people really seem to genuinely love what they do and wanting to see everyone succeed.
