They need to practice work safety. They allow employees to cut open boxes without using safety gloves/correct procedures and there could be an accident anytime due to where merchandise is at and how employees have to reach too far to get merchandise. They don't seem to care.
Cheap benefits, decent base salary but really hard to get paid commissions
I think the main issue is with the salary. We are getting a really low salary and this is really unfair. The amount of effort we put into, our salaries should be much higher.
Management only cares about the paycheck from the client
Upper management makes off with $50k bonuses while their engineers work for $15-$20 an hour and try not not kill themselves.

Our workplace has no culture and no team environment. Zones fires employees that stand up for better treatment, but ignores employees that continuously underperform and lose clients

A culture that is committed to a better workplace and treating their workforce better. Work from home policy, make it less obvious that our only purpose here is to make Firoz more money. Zones cuts cost everywhere they can, with no issues if it affects the team negatively

Interview looks too much at how impressive one can present themselves and not enough at the quality of character or work ethic. Very elitist environment
Zones is still product focused as it is highly undercapitalized and relies heavily on vendor funding to generate most all of its marketing budget
Needs an overhaul from the past
Management is not only petty, immature, but the lack of experience shows
Lose the contract so we can get different jobs
