My experience at Zulily has been a winding path of exploration. I started off in a totally different division than I'm currently in and through my development of transferable skills, I was able to make a big shift in my career that I don't believe would have been possible anywhere else. I love it!

The people that I work with. I know that's a cliche but I truly believe some of the best people I've ever worked with are here at Zulily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super knowledgeable and friendly. We really work to take care of each other when we need it and are always there to make each other laugh. I've never had coworkers I like so much
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The autonomy and ownership is amazing. You get to work on things at Zulily that you wouldn't be able to do by yourself at another company. I love how much it challenges me and helps me to grow. It also helps introduce you to new folks all over the company.
