I believe my base pay is fair for the location I am in and I am very happy with the amount.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the People leadership team really cares about their team. They also make sure we are taking care of our mental/physical health.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility in working, life can get crazy and having the flexibility makes me very happy. Also my area of work is very rewarding, finding candidates the right job for them while also growing the Zulily teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working for Mom, I think she is the most important customer. It makes me feel comfortable knowing how much mom's are supported at work and the flexibility they have. I am looking forward to my future where I am a mom and working for zulily.
