Being able to solve a problem for our customers. Mentoring and helping other teammates, especially women. Identifying quick wins and making them happen. Laughing with my team.

How collaborative we are. We consider each other's ideas equally and are constantly inspiring each other to raise the bar. We also care deeply about one another as people, not just coworkers. There's something really special about that kind of atmosphere.
