I have been working for this company for 7 years, under many different teams of leadership. There have been many ups & downs but I have ultimately stayed with the company because there is so much flexibility & I have the ability to have work life balance as a working mom.

The amount of empathy that is shown from the top down, the emphasis on participating in DE&I initiatives, open & positive consistent communication about all aspects of the business & cultural base of the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes the work can get repetitive & stale, but at times can be so busy that there isn't really time to branch out to try or be involved in new experiences outside of the regular duties in our roles.
