Understanding that a call center shouldn't be so abysmally paid - we are a cost center but you'd have a whole lot more retention if you, I don't know, paid people their worth.
My team could be making better money elsewhere. We are overworked, with even mandatory overtime, and leadership just keeps asking us to overextend ourselves. Soon there will be breaking points for a lot of people on the team.
Pay your people better if you are going to be demanding this much from them. We are happy to work here with each other but such a siloed leadership structure has lots of people dropping lots of balls.
