It's evolving more into a learning and training culture. It's also evolved it's performance philosophy where promotion is more transparent.
They seem to be asking pertinent questions and trying different solutions for our current business dip. I also feel they are really beginning to dig into team engagement where comp is a huge component of that.
I think we are headed in the right direction for comp market evaluation but we need to move faster and more agressively here. I know it's difficult to find the dollars however due to our current business trend.
